# Can we set up multiple automatic volume or tiered discounts active at one time?

- You can have multiple automatic volume or tiered discounts at a time, however only one will apply per item in the cart (No more than one discount ever applies to any single item in an order)

| So for example, you can have 10% shirts and 15% off pants applied in the same cart, but they'll be applied to different items.
