What are Tiered Gifts and How do I set it up?

The App's Tiered Gift Feature refers to awarding only 1 gift per goal and Gifts may change as the subtotal grows.

What are tiered gifts?

Tiered gifts refer to a marketing strategy where customers are rewarded with different levels of gifts based on how much they spend or meet specific conditions. The concept involves setting up multiple "tiers," each with a spending threshold or requirement that unlocks a different gift. As the customer progresses through the tiers by spending more, the value or quality of the gift increases.

How Tiered Gifts Work:

Tier Structure:

Tier 1: Spend $100, receive Gift A (e.g., a free keychain).
Tier 2: Spend $200, receive Gift B (e.g., a free mug).
Tier 3: Spend $300, receive Gift C (e.g., a free glassware set).

Increasing Value:
Each tier offers a more valuable or desirable gift to incentivize customers to spend more.

Goal Target or Condition:
Tiers can be based on criteria such as:
Cart Subtotal
Cart Item Count/Quantity

- When creating Tiered gift goals, check the "Use Max Required Subtotal/Cart Items Count" checkbox, and then set the "Remove Gift When Subtotal Is Reached" amount setting. Set each consecutive goal to have the same target as the maximum of the previous goal (one ends at exactly $200 and the next starts at exactly $200).

For example:
Overview:

1st Goal gets gift A for orders $100

2nd Goal gets gift B for orders $200

3rd Goal gets gift C for orders $300+

This can create unwanted scenarios if some of your gifts become out of stock! Namely, a lower bracket gift could get removed by the app due to a higher subtotal, however a higher bracket gift is sold out (or in another way unavailable), and will not get added to the cart as expected.
