Why can’t I choose to add a widget next to (or hide) a specific part of the page?

- In order to ensure that the location you selected can be correctly identified every time a customer loads your shop, our installer will only let you choose an element that has either a ‘class’ or ‘id’ attribute.
- If a location is not supported feel free to reach out through our support Channel, and we’ll help you add a class/id as needed.
