Why Didn’t I receive a gift for the orders that I should have?

- Please check whether the gift was out of stock, or the gift product's status was changed in Shopify Products admin to anything other than "Active" (Draft, Archived, etc.). In some cases we've seen shop owners unpublish the gift product from the "Online Store" channel - this will also cause the gift to not be awarded. Please contact us if in doubt!
