# Why does the  app's widgets are displaying a different reached subtotal than the cart?

- This suggests that you are using either a volume discount, or product options app, that is modifying cart item prices visually, and applies price changes to the Checkout using special draft orders. 

-To fix this, our app needs to be integrated directly with the volume pricing/product options app that you're using. Let us know though our Support Portal and we'll look into it!
