Why is my progress bar widget not visible?
There are two reasons why this could happen:
You published a new theme that wasn't a copy of the old one, and the app's known widget locations no longer match the theme. In this case re-configuring the progress bars on the new theme will fix the problem.
There are no eligible gift goals. If all your goals are either scheduled in the future, or expired, or disabled (due to sold out or draft products), or don't match your location, then the progress bar widgets are hidden since there are no goals to display.
One easy way to test whether the IP geolocation is the problem is to access to shop and add this special parameter to the URL, providing an IP address that matches the eligible location:
"?docapp-test-ip=75.74.1.1".
You can search for example IPs in Google by searching for something like "example USA IP address".
