Can the App integrate / read discounts applied via scripts?

Our App can only apply standard Shopify discount Codes and potentially stack them beyond Shopify's Capabilities. It can also display automatic script discounts, but it won't be aware of any special discount rules that apply to manual codes and are specified in script discounts.
