  How do I install the Dr. Discount on Cart App? Log in to the Shopify App Store. Find an app that you want to install, and then click it. On the app listing page, click Add app. In your Shopify admin, to authorize the use of the app, click Install app.Few readers

• In widget installation, Why can’t I select both my cart subtotal and amount?

  In certain themes, you can select either one and click "Expand" and that will work great. On other, that will create a selection that is too big. In this case, select only the subtotal amount, click "Replace", then hover over the leftover subtotal label and click "Cut".Few readers

• Do you handle customer-based discount requirements (customer ID or customer segment)?

  While the app can do certain checks regarding whether a customer is eligible for a discount, there are limitations to what it can do: It can check the customer requirement that is set up by selecting customers manually. -It can check the customer requirement that is set up by selecting customers segments. It can check the single-use per customer requirement as well - for single-discount orders. It CANNOT check discount usage when stacking is involved and when draft orders are involvedFew readers

  Set the promotion 1st by clicking the "New Promo" button. Enter the Name of your promotion, Description and the Discount Code that you are Promoting. then click save on the uFew readers

  In its basic state, the app does work with ReBuy flyout cart, however if you need to use Stacked Discounts, they will conflict with the Flyout cart functionality of ReBuy.Few readers

• Why is there no discount input on Checkout when a stacked discount is applied?

  When our app needs to create a custom/stacked discount, it takes over the discount calculation when the Checkout button is clicked, and creates a Draft Order. The Draft Order is displayed on the Checkout page, which causes Shopify to hide the discount field, and customers won't be able to change the discounts at this stage. You may switch our app to the "Single Auto-Generated Code" option on the "Stacked Discounts" page. This will cause the app to instead generate a single commutative discSome readers

• Why is a "one use per customer" discount used many times by the same customer?

  When discounts are stacked, or your shop uses apps that create draft orders, discounts applied on cart will not be tracked by Shopify, because Shopify considers them custom discounts. Since usage isn't tracked, certain requirements like "one use per customer", or "maximum uses" no longer work when stacking or draft orders are used. There isn't a way around this as it's a platform limitation. The only thing we see some shop owners do is they use auto-generated discounts where each discountFew readers

• Can you stack Discount codes from Klaviyo?

  Yes. Discount codes from Klaviyo are also standard Shopify Discounts, Thus, Our App can stack them.Few readers

• Can we add Klaviyo generated discounts in our discount restriction?

  The only way would be to ensure that the Klaviyo codes are created with a specific prefix or suffix, and then add this suffix or prefix to the non-combinable section of the app. Add the common part in the field "Exclude Discount Codes From Being Stacked", and enable the toggle for "Excluded Codes Are Based On Partial Match".Few readers

• Can I create custom discount rules which Shopify does not support?

  Apart from defining Volume Discounts, our app only allows you to apply the standard Shopify discounts, just on the cart or other page instead of the Checkout. We aren’t able to add any custom restrictions or rules to your Shopify discounts.Few readers

• Can the App integrate / read discounts applied via scripts?

  Our App can only apply standard Shopify discount Codes and potentially stack them beyond Shopify's Capabilities. It can also display automatic script discounts, but it won't be aware of any special discount rules that apply to manual codes and are specified in script discounts.Few readers

• Do you support volume discounts/quantity breaks?

  Yes, you an use our app's Volume Discounts feature to configure volume discounts which can also be combined with other automatic or manual discounts.Few readers

• How do I track the usage of Affiliate Codes?

  This is actually a limitation in our App since Shopify does not count discount usage when a custom discount stacking app is used - with a Draft Order or with the Single Auto-generated Discount option. Some affiliate attribution apps will read the discounts in both draft orders and auto-generated discounts, and will parse them and figure out which affiliate code was used, but you'd need to use another app for this purpose, Shopify won't count the usage consistently.Few readers
